Deadline for vendors interested in the either FIHA’s Thunder on the Beach Pow Wow on February 20 – 22, 2026 or the 60th FIHA March Pow Wow on March 27-29, 2026 is January 15, 2026
Non-refundable $50 deposit payment must be made no later than: January 15, 2026. Balance due by February 1, 2026.

NOTE: Food Vendors attending the St Lucie County event are REQUIRED to complete the registration form for St Lucie County 30 days before the event. There is a $25.00 fee to register with the County.
